• The AP ESP UNIT is intended for arresting oil, grease, water vapor, smoke and dust particles coming from Kitchen exhaust hood.
• The ESP unit has Cylindrical Honeycomb Filter Cell which ensures strongest average electric field intensity.
• APTER ESP is first choice for hotels, restaurants, universities, factory kitchens, malls for fume elimination
• The cylindrical Honeycomb structure applies an electrostatic charge to fume and mist particulate with electrons emitted from cathode section of high voltage filter cells and negative ions produced as a result of Co-mingling and collision of electrons and molecules.
• The Cathode needle in Honeycomb structure is fixed to a cathode frame. The Anode tubes held at opposite polarity collect the particles to be removed
• The ESP unit can provide high removal efficiency of 95-98% down to 0.01 Microns. Higher efficiencies can be achieved through double pass configuration.
• Higher Air volumes can be achieved by stacking multiple units.
• The unit is suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.
• The unit has all weather proof coating.
• Drain holes with collection plates for collection of oil and grease
• Two stage filtrations with Metallic Pre filter and Collection cell.
• The ESP unit can be provided with odour removal unit, ozone generator or UV units
• Auto wash system with PLC can be provided to assure long time running without manual cleaning.
• The Honeycomb cells are detachable from ESP unit, hence the units can be installed at cramped job sites due to less weight and volume.
• APTER ESP unit substantially reduces the risk of residual grease deposits inside exhaust ducts, and ensures less requirement for air duct cleaning services.
